Effective Date: October 2025
Statutory Standard: DPDPA 2023 / IT Rules

1. Corporate Identity, Scope & Definitions

This Cookie Policy governs the digital assets and web portals operated by BitQube Technologies (together with its operating corporate entities, branches, and affiliates in the Republic of India, hereinafter referred to as “BitQube”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) accessible via bitqube.net.

DATA FIDUCIARY (DPDPA 2023) BitQube Technologies • Republic of India
OPERATING HUBS Hyderabad (Telangana) • Bengaluru (Karnataka)

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDPA”), BitQube functions as the Data Fiduciary determining the purpose and means of deploying telemetry and session tokens across our public websites and enterprise service intake channels.

“Cookies” are minute alphanumeric text files placed on your browser or device when you visit our enterprise website. Cookies, web beacons, local storage entities, and pixel tags allow us to recognize your device, maintain authenticated sessions, safeguard against distributed denial of service (DDoS) attempts, and understand aggregate interaction patterns.

2. Statutory Basis under the DPDPA, 2023

Section 5 and Section 6 of the DPDPA mandate that any processing of digital personal data must be preceded by an itemized notice and backed by free, specific, informed, unconditional, and unambiguous consent marked by an affirmative action:

Prohibition of Dark Patterns
We never utilize pre-ticked opt-in checkboxes, misleading buttons, or cookie walls that deny portal access for refusing optional trackers.
Unconditional Right to Withdraw
Under Section 6(4) of the DPDPA, withdrawing cookie consent is as straightforward and immediate as providing it, accessible 24/7 via our floating preference badge.

3. Granular Categories of Cookies We Use

To guarantee maximum clarity, our cookies are classified into four distinct categories. Except for Category 1 (Strictly Necessary), all categories remain strictly disabled until you explicitly opt in:

These cookies are technologically essential for the secure operation of our portal. They facilitate cryptographic load balancing, cross-site request forgery (CSRF) defense, and authenticated session management. Under Section 7 of the DPDPA and the Information Technology (IT) Act, processing strictly necessary session metadata constitutes a legitimate operational need to protect system integrity and prevent cyber intrusion.

These trackers measure latency, page rendering benchmarks, server response timings, and anonymized interaction paths. They allow our infrastructure engineers to detect packet drops, improve caching across India and overseas CDNs, and optimize browser compatibility. They do not store directly identifiable corporate secrets or passwords.

These cookies preserve user-customized choices between visits, such as your preference for Dark Mode or Light Mode, office timezone clocks, and the pre-configured parameters of our Enterprise Architecture Scope Builder.

Used solely to trace the origin of business inquiries (e.g., whether an inquiry was referred from an industry webinar, partner OEM link, or search campaign). We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against selling browsing behavioral data to third-party commercial data brokers.

Click the button below to inspect your current consent settings and toggle individual categories on or off. Changes take effect immediately.

6. Third-Party Services & Cross-Border Data Flows

Where third-party platforms (such as CDN providers, cloud infrastructure hosts, or analytical tools) deploy cookies on our behalf, they function as Data Processors bound by strict Data Processing Agreements (DPAs). Data is processed within India and across jurisdictions that adhere to standard contractual clauses and do not fall under restricted territory lists issued by the Central Government under Section 16 of the DPDPA.

7. Browser-Level Cookie Management

In addition to our preference manager, most web browsers allow you to block, inspect, or delete cookies via their security settings:

  • Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies.
  • Microsoft Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Manage and delete cookies.
  • Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Enhanced Tracking Protection.
