DPDPA 2023 COMPLIANCE MODULE

Cookie Consent & Privacy Controls

Designed in strict adherence with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and international privacy frameworks. This interface demonstrates our itemized notice, granular opt-in controls, and instant consent withdrawal mechanism.

How BitQube Complies with DPDPA 2023

Section 5: Itemized Notice Prior to Consent

Data Principals are provided with a clear, unambiguous notice itemizing the exact nature of data collected (technical telemetry, session tokens, analytics identifiers) and the specific lawful purpose for processing.

Section 6: Granular, Unconditional Opt-In (No Dark Patterns)

Non-essential cookies (Analytics, Functional, Marketing) are disabled by default. The user must take an affirmative affirmative action to opt in. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not restrict access to core enterprise offerings.

Section 6(4): Effortless Consent Withdrawal

Data Principals have the statutory right to withdraw consent at any time as easily as giving it. BitQube implements a persistent floating Cookie Shield trigger (bottom-left) and footer link allowing 1-click revocation.

Section 12: Transparent Grievance Redressal

Direct statutory access to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) and Grievance Officer details (dpo@bitqube.net) for inquiries, audits, or erasure requests.
